As part of our growing team, we are looking for a result-oriented Brand Associate who can help scale supplier businesses, expand product selection, and drive strong execution across categories in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a team of Key Account Managers
• Drive supplier growth, pricing competitiveness, and selection expansion
• Build and improve scalable business processes
• Define KRAs, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with Category, Product, Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams
• Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decisions

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Graduation (BE/BTech or equivalent preferred)
• 2-6 years of overall experience with at least 1 year of team-handling experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in e-commerce, category management, or startup environments is a plus
