Refund Policy

Applicable To: All payments made via DreamNaukriCareer.com, including PhonePe.

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are available only for failed or duplicate transactions.
• Payments for successfully delivered services (e.g., job postings, premium subscriptions) are not refundable.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the transaction.

2.2 Refund Process

1. The user must submit a refund request through the Contact Us page or email at support@dreamnaukricareer.com.
2. Requests must include:
   • Transaction ID
   • Date of Payment
   • Amount Paid
   • Reason for Refund
3. The DreamNaukriCareer team will verify the transaction.
4. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Users will receive a confirmation email once the refund is successfully initiated.

2.3 Exceptions

• Payments made for services that have already been successfully rendered are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for user errors, such as wrong payment amount or accidental multiple clicks.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway (PhonePe) and the user’s bank.
