Internship Roles & Responsibilities
HR Intern
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases
- Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement activities
- Help in policy drafting, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
Marketing Intern
Assist in digital marketing campaigns (Social Media, Email, Content)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support branding, promotions, and lead-generation activities
- Help create marketing content and campaign performance reports
Finance Intern
- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Support accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
- Help prepare MIS reports and financial documentation
- Work with senior finance professionals on live business data
