We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller/Counsellor with excellent communication and counselling skills to guide students about courses, admission processes, and institute programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing counselling, and coordinating admission-related activities.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong convincing . Good understanding of education industry trends. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM calling tools). Fluency in English and Hindi.
